Because what happens is that I discover the problem, I get pissed off.

I have looked into some systems, after reading 4 hour work week and LL on auto-pilot or PM software but I am not sure how Much time they save as opposed to just being more structured/organized.

To make a long story short, we discovered we didn't see a long future working with this individual.  

After moving in I've discovered that the vast majority of owners are unhappy with our current property management company.

In fact, I was humbled about twenty years ago when I attended Jay Abraham 3-day event and discovered that I really didn't know much about real marketing.

Circumventing some collection agency isn't that hard in RE, you can move into an LLC as a member and never be discovered as a member so long as you don't register it initially.

I think of several BP podcast guests who discovered their outstanding niche by (thoughtfully) getting into something that is outside their comfort zone.  

Because of this thread, I was given a complimentary ticket to attend and felt it is only fair that I post a review of what I discovered in return.I consider myself a fairly experienced real estate investor.

Any way, Fsbo's are the same as any other seller except they are trying to sell it themselves in order to save a commission or in the worst case trying to hide something an agent would discover and be required to disclose.

It seemed odd to me, but I'd hate to go out and get a real estate license, only to discover later that it causes me trouble in becoming an investor!
