The first time I offered a place with no appliances I was nervous.

So while your looking at the one unit, the bigger picture is the state of finances of the COOP, are there major owners of multiple units, and if there's only a few that owns the majority, I'd be very nervous.

It is still fully furnished, with lots of cobwebs, dead insects and some water showing in the basement.  

So needless to say I'm pretty nervous. 

I was nervous about asking for 20 years. 

Though there aren't currently any laws on the books that would deter Airnbn, it makes me a little nervous that they could pass legislation at any time that changes everything.

(I've got 9 days left to identify my replacement property... and starting to get nervous!)

I was nervous for a bit there but (fingers crossed) I think I’m set up now.

We are very excited, but as you can imagine a bit nervous as we move closer to the beginning of this exciting venture......I know we are going to miss stuff, hopefully not many.....So if anyone has any word of advice as we move towards purchasing this first flip, I am all ears....We are bidding on two properties1st - HUD home open to investors2nd - Auction site and we are currently winning the bidThank you all.....
