I joined to invest in my Education and to Network and meet others in my area.

i am trying to gain as much education as possible to understand how to evaluate property deals i would really love some advice right now any beautiful minds out there 

I am an investor and rehabber, I have personal investments in residential, but I currently work and have worked in corporate America for 10+ years in commercial real estate (I am currently the Controller for a pretty well known Brokerage/Property Management/Insurance group in Pensacola) and I love my "day job", but rehabbing commercials properties is where I am headed.

Perhaps  I will make it available someday for review by a select few so that they may incorporate some of the layout, ideas, and features needed to get a bigger deal consummated.

I'm very new to the investing scene and trying to educate myself before jumping on my first property.

At this stage I'm just gathering information and trying to get educated about real estate investing to see if it's a good fit for me and my financial goals.

At the moment I'm in the process of educating myself before I begin Investing which will be either by November or December 2015.I'm going out of town to Vegas for about a week to learn from my Uncle who owns his own construction company.
