You should also consider adding your location info to your profile so it makes it easier for people to know where you are and what kind of resources they might be able to recommend.

Haha but seriously, I am just wondering what the typical individual's profile looks like that gets approved. 

Number of doors doesn't impress me when I look in the mirror, except vaguely we might need to get up to around 100 total of similar caliber to get to the income level that I would like to see to be near 100 percent living off them.

Seems like they don't want to be responsible if, for example, you go under the impression that they said "you can subdivide" and then you get a property under contract, hire and pay an engineer, and submit your application only to have the subdivision denied. 

Also filling out your profile so others will know what your goals are and exactly what you’re looking for so that possible investor partners will know that you’ve done a little homework on your own.

I get up there on occasion and my one impression of Temple is that overall it needs updating.  

Getting there at 7 and walking the ground picking up any trash in slacks and a button down with a tie really leaves an impression on your cleaning staff and on the residents as well.

My initial impression today would be to tear off the entire addition - I'll look at it more closely when we take possession. 

Electrical would be minimal when the work is done but the rental unit is empty because you're likely talking about a frig plugged in and porch lights on at night (and perhaps a light or two inside on a timer) to give the impression someone lives there for security reasons.
