Number of doors doesn't impress me when I look in the mirror, except vaguely we might need to get up to around 100 total of similar caliber to get to the income level that I would like to see to be near 100 percent living off them.

Seems like they don't want to be responsible if, for example, you go under the impression that they said "you can subdivide" and then you get a property under contract, hire and pay an engineer, and submit your application only to have the subdivision denied.

Electrical would be minimal when the work is done but the rental unit is empty because you're likely talking about a frig plugged in and porch lights on at night (and perhaps a light or two inside on a timer) to give the impression someone lives there for security reasons.
