As a matter of fact, I definitely plan on implementing that once I start to raise more capital and implementing a higher fee within the contract so I can offset any inspection or appraisal fees

I'm looking to hear of other unique ways I could implement AI within my business.

We like it but when i compare it to RealProspect, it seems like we could REALLY use some of the extra functions available in RealProspect.I'd like to know if my laundry list of wants can be satisfied by anything else out there right now without having to pay a full time programmer to start from scratch and pay many $1,000's of dollars.

Cleveland has a very strict rental law was passed last year which includes not just lead paint but a bunch of other inspections similar to Section 8.All other Ohio large cities are watching Toledo Lead Ordinance and taking notes on implementation to pass similar laws. 

We use Wheelhouse to automate our pricing and have seen a marked increase in revenue since we implemented it.

I am just starting out now, but will be implementing a system very soon for getting cash buyers and I will definklty look into it.
