Worthy of note is they were just bought out by sparefoot.com and are investing heavily in their customer service and development team and announced they will be launching a lot of new features, so that could sway your longer term decision.

If the dollar is toast that means RE is not such a bad place to be assuming you are not buying hot RE that is dependent on future increases and heavily reliant on foreign investors.

We also do not have much in the way of tourist revenue, as Huntsville is heavily dependent on health care revenue and government jobs/funding - right now, those sectors aren't getting clobbered like others are.

Thanks to mainstream media for heavily diving in and covering groups of tenants in Seattle and other countries who are all deciding they won’t pay their rents at the same time in an attempt to prevent any one of them from being evicted.

I have not found anything I was able to bring home, but good luck with this.I would suggest that you search the property on other sites to see how long it has been sitting, it’s not uncommon to have a property listed on loopnet that has been for sale for a year.Good luckJJOddly enough just a few months ago I bought a property HEAVILY pushed by a large brokerage on LoopNet.
