It allows you to enjoy those that mean the most, and break the chains of the 9-5 W2. 

I do not have an issue with an annual fee and have a Gold Amex ($175 annual fee) as well as a Chase Sapphire Reserve ($400 or $500 I think for an annual fee) in addition to the Capital One cards....BUT....combined spend between all cards for my business's (less than 10% of this is real estate related) was several Million....the Gold AMEX gets me 3x points on computer hardware and we spend well over 1 million annually on that.I totally get your point, you just have to make sure that the value you get is worth it, a couple of lounge passes isn't worth a $400 hit to the bottom line, but if you are smart and do some travel hacking type stuff you are right and it can REALLY add up!

I chose a soft blue paint color for the cabinets with a neutral-light countertop, walls are painted Gold Coast White (Home Depot) and installed stainless sinks and faucets.

I would consider a chain link fence that makes it difficult for someone to just throw items onto your yard.

This is where a quality agent can be worth their weight in gold.

If this was the fast lane forum it would probably be notable or gold.

I suspect there is going to be some pain though for those as others have said are basically pay check to pay check.think about your auto pays don't go through it can lead to a big chain reaction.. those who don't have checking accounts not so much.check cashing places and money order stores will see big decline.
