Recasting doesn't seem to do anything but lower the mandatory minimum principal portions of the payments to match up with a new 30 year amortization cycle.All that being said, I'm not familiar with recasts and am only going off of your description.

Most everybody talks about how simple a land trust is and that is probably true but most everybody is weak on a detailed description on how to actually create one and use it in conjunction with other entities such as LLCs.

I think that property owners of any description need to rigidly defend private property rights.I get that local residents might be priced out of the market, but the solution is for them to move to an area that they can afford.

I've used a couple of different form builders and all work pretty much the same: 123FormBuilder, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, etc.The maintenance request is just a simple form that provides contact information, description of problem, and drop down for category.

I do not know or have ever used Holton-wise but have been in real estate for 20 years and from the property description and location I do not see anything wrong.
