Worked there and drove to store for needed items about midday, then departed distant property about 1730 bound for the rehab property.

@Joe Melody -- I'm just guessing, but with all the income has from his businesses, it would probably be wise to *store* that income into real estate, for the many benefits it provides including tax benefits.

The only thing that has really changed in my area is I see about 50% of people wearing masks when I go the grocery store.  

Others have been because they have had a positive Covid case or worse because someone has passed away due to the virus.For those of you not in an area where you can see much effect besides stores shut down, please be careful out there.

It looks to be previously used as a storage warehouse, antique store, and recently storage for the owner of the fourplex.

Upon inspection, M has accumulated 4-5 bags of trash, a 3-4ft tall stack of scrapped furniture wood, and an amalgamation of scrap metals, including what appears to be a commercial oven or perhaps ice maker. 

Never stored cars or tools, just racks of clothing and furniture. 

I had to move out their furniture on my own since their off boarding team only had availability in mid May. 

Mom and pop stores and business much better as tenants then the national tenants.

I started a side business 5 years ago selling collectible toys online and have been looking for commercial property over the past 2 years that I could "House Hack" to live in as well as run a retail store from along with having other rental space to pay taxes and mortgage.
