It took two months to get resolved and the tenant left the property so dirty I had to replay all the flooring..Including a nice bamboo floor, paint everything because the non smoking property was so gritted up from pot smokers, and strip and refinish the kitchen cabinets because there was so much grease on them it was like a rendering plant that had never been cleaned before.Maintenance — contractors can be contractors and the PM really do nothing to hold them accountableFollow up — they do not follow up on anything unless it creates revenue for them.  

Is it balanced and have the coils been cleaned?

Friends also tell me that Auburn is starting to really clean up its act, after many years of poor neighborhoods and high crime.

they have been there 5 years without a septic cleaning.

I have thought about using Allure vinyl flooring over an old linoleum (squares) floor.  

This home is 1583 sq ft, 3/2, and was listed with our Realtor November 2014 for $105,900 but needed some cosmetic updates (paint, flooring, etc.).

I've been thinking about just polishing the concrete slab I have and sealing it off instead of getting laminate floor installed.

Needs so much work - plumbing, windows, roof, a/c, floors, kitchen, bathroom, siding. total gut, we would probably just tear it down and use the land for a pool ;) 

The house needs some repair - flooring throughout, paint, and a few odds and ends, but nothing major.

there was a leak in a pipe underneath one toilet and that plumbing (and floor) was repaired, the main stack pipe in the basement was replaced and some minor unrelated repairs were made (one sink was missing a pipe - seriously, some drain clogs, etc).In the duplex I bought on July 31st there was a plumbing issue prior to me buying it (2nd floor bathroom pipes).
