@Robert Courtney From my experience, inherited tenants have caused 100% of any issues that I've had so far and I've realized that the sooner you can get your own, well screened tenants in the better.

@Candace Postell, you can look up "Tools" > "Fileplace" (top of the screen) regarding the Contract/s you would need.I reckon a better question is: why would you EVER want to find your own Buyer/s, if you're not a Real Estate professional?
