I'm looking for a residential liability only policy in Georgia that includes A&B. 

On the east side, in Redmond, we are currently living in a property worth probably 1.6 with about 600K outstanding - and a monthly payment of about 4K including mortgage, insurance, property taxes etc.Looking to leave the area.Does it make sense to rent it out given that I’ll probably get 4K in rent?

If you do not have a set of specs and scope of work  with a contract than how do you know what is included and what the contractor may later claim is a change order or extra? 

Do these include insurance?

Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

Do, they have project managers and contractors on staff to manage multiple rehabs at once and to start immediately and finish without delay?

Or just sell it to someone who has the capacity to finish it especially if you can make a few bucks.. regroup get your finances in order then do your deal.

I will not even begin a project unless I have a good idea bout my team members including the contractor.
