I was laid off from my job recently and I'm  just tired of the 9 to 5 life and putting my financial situation in the hands of others. 

The majority of financiers I've spoken to on the matter have indicated that they prefer to see at least a portion of your contributions remain in the deal.

Currently I am a implementation consultant and project manager in the financial services industry and I am looking to start getting into real estate and build it into a full time business.

This is going to be a disaster highly experienced investors couldn't pull this off, being tough having an open carry none of that is going to make F tenants work out. 

I have done it on third floor apartments where the first two floors are Gas heat and the heat from those apartments rises to warm that unit but I have seen it way more often than not that it turns into a disaster

My ultimate end goal is to gain financial freedom through real estate rental properties.

I am a full time carpenter in the union and very eager to put my tools and knowledge to work for myself, and by doing so gain financial freedom.
