Exploring new places is a little hard since we well into a routine taking them to the Alexandria zoo or Shreveport Sci-port center.

I just have to make sure utilities and city water/sewer are available on that parcel I am not doing the well and septic tank routine.

However that is assuming "Investor B' makes 3 consecutive investing mistakes and invests in a strategy that is taxed at a ridiculously high tax rate, and doesn't do anything fancy with his money, and settles for a very low 10% rate of return in the hard money world. 

We have someone that checks their work routinely, which helps. 

As an aspiring multifamily real estate investor,  your story is encouraging and does not include any fancy footwork - just the way I like it. 

Nothing fancy, but the rentals are decent income producers. 

We routinely had to go outside of SF proper to Daly City or even Millbrae to get something semi decent....The low-brow Chinese restaurant in some ugly strip mall next to our house in SJ serves some killer dim sum.
