Website marketers focus on the message, ease of use and navigation, quick load times, are an expert in that industry etc.Some people like to explore and others like to do one simple action to get to someone.

While we are on the topic of liars and cheats how about we explore why HML hide fees on the back end and charge up front fees to unsuspecting newbies.  

I was thinking worse comes worse I'd take out the kitchen (or in my current case, not create a full kitchen while I live down there), I can call the townhouse a 4/2 if I were to try selling.I'm still exploring this idea so nothing is committed at this time.

@Karl Wertz,Well, based o what my group's attorney/CPA teaches, I'd explore this my own attorney: use an S-Corp for the operational aspects of your business, and use LLCs for assets held long-term. 

My father-in-law passed away recently, and that is what has triggered a lot of this exploration.  

I'm on a budget for marketing and I'm just trying to explore in expensive ways to market.
