I have a 2 unit building with 2 HVAC systems and tenants pay electric and gas. 

1, The house is a liability you have electric/ gas, lawn care,trash removal , snow and leaf removal, taxes, insurance, and maintenance.  2. 

Plus you’ll still have to pay electricity, gas, water, internet, cable etc. every month, plus cater to guests and keep the place clean and yard mowed.

This airbed cost $100, and is the kind with the electric pump built right into the mattress. 

The agent ended up in prison but that didn't help the insured who was now on the hook for a couple hundred thousand dollars in damages;2) fire was caused by an electrical short and not covered once the carrier found out there was aluminum wiring. 

The property has been separately metered and appears to have separate hvac, plumbing, electric etc.  

Besides the obvious utilities (electric, heat, water), there would have to be an employee(s) for daily care and grounds work, waste removal, etc.

Ive found from one app, one guy is selling brand new in box 2015 electric water heater for $250 each. so if i buy it i only have 3 years left on the warranty.

So when I went to purchase my first property to rent out, I did the necessary checks with the A/C and electrical but did not take into account tree trimming, washing the exterior for Mildew, etc.

Do they handle all aspects of renovation/construction, or did you have to contract certain things to others, like electrical, plumbing, etc?
