I'm just pointing out that there is a more efficient way to do things than, OK not at home, but sitting in a office waiting for a check to show up.

Several businesses were involved, and they were all located at the same address and had the same account signers.

Because it was not addressed, it rotted through the plywood subfloor under the sink cabinet and soaked the ceiling drywall of the downstairs bedroom below eventually pulling down the whole ceiling and flooding the bedroom and molding the carpet.

i love these type of units, energy efficient and soooo quiet.
