What are the environment risks - flood, tornado, hurricane, earthquake, weather impact on the physical asset?  

I'm trying to find something that would be work from home that isn't writing (I have been told that my writing sucks) or call center (as they want a perfectly silent environment and I don't have one).My wife's mindset is that we have already taken thousands of dollars, stuck it somewhere for a long time, and didn't see much of a return (as opposed to just getting a nice, safe ETF or index fund). 

The appraisal should indicate if permitted or not, so you find out soon enough where you stand.I imagine that as ADU's become more commonplace the LADWP requirements regarding the power lines should ease up.

You have to get used to the temp of the water, ease in slowly as if your getting in a hot tub!

Third there is effectively no barrier to entry, the ease of which someone can register and bid online makes the playing field that much larger.

Where you see potential they tend to see huge risk. 2 different worlds with points of view.Maybe you could find a local investor to partner with who cares about environment etc.

Do that a dozen times and you will be surprised the people you can meet, the leads you can generate, the ease at which you can expand your circle of influence.Hope This Helps Someone Out There!!
