Out of state flipping is sprinting.Get experience hyper-local first (as in you could practically walk to the flip from your current house).

I am adding a new HVAC system the house did not previously have central air. 

House hacking sounds intriguing, but for now, I'm staying rent-free and saving every penny for that perfect property that'll set me on my way.

Goodmorning BP family- I have added an additional single family house to my portfolio so I am now house hacking two homes.

As all the books say you will not be freedom buying houses or apartments you will have the freedom to buy and administrate multifamily if you consider something don't work great so try another thing Did you consider the long term? 

We mainly flip houses together but I also have a W9 job. 

In other words, don't fight your house fire with email.So... it is all about managing expectations and then making good on the promises.We find that scheduling meetings solves about 99% of the issues... but it takes two to tango.

I do 2 houses at a time as a part of our agreement.
