If you feel/know that a realtor/broker is selling a bank foreclosure to a friend or relative and taking actions to give them a competitive advantage, like telling them other peoples bids, restricting access to property for others while the insider knows the true condition of property.... what can be done?

all good advice. really good. one "issue" i have is that i buy houses off MLS, so i dont get the deals that most of you get.Everyone of my deals is off the MLS and I'm probably in one of the most competitive markets in the US (Phoenix).
