At least with the S&P the dead companies fall off but overall RE keeps the underperforming in the mix.If one is high income then just throwing cash at the stock market over the long haul a nice way to go.

There are several skip tracing companies to use that can do this for you.

In actuality the lender won’t lend because title companies won’t offer title insurance until the 2 year period expires.  

Just search dangers of ozone air cleaners and you’ll see lots of federal and state information against using them.

I am also searching for an investor friendly realtor in the area as the realtor I have used in the past is retiring.

Hi @Francesca Zanzucchi, we use Buildium in our property management company but they do have a minimum monthly fee so depending on the number of properties, it may or may not make sense.
