I know that is slightly risky as the bank can invoke the "due on sale" clause, but I will be able to get a hold of the money if I need to, so I'm comfortable taking that risk.

You can certainly try other lawyers, you have no duty at all to use the one your realtor wants you to, but if you don't have someone you prefer and you feel comfortable with that lawyer after talking to him or her, go for it!

I guess the reason I took this course was I felt comfortable doing it based off my knowledge of the tenants, and their leases etc.Appreciate all you guys do!
