Part of your boots-on-the-ground team would be this PM, and maybe the other members of your core team can help steer you in the right direction for your search.Just today I started listening to the audiobook version of David Greene's book Long-Distance Real Estate Investing, and have been really enjoying it so far.

I refinanced $107m of debt at between 2.99 and 3.5% in the last 4 months (and cashed out a ton to boot).  

It is just above the boot heel of Missouri.

I got some new boots for Christmas.

What are the most comfortable and warmest boots you have owned for the winter?

Most importantly it let us stop our auto-piloted lives and re-boot/re-question everything we want for our future.  

The downside is Chicago is 3 hours away, but it's really helpful that my dad still lives there and is more than happy to be my "boots on the ground."
