Through his encouragement, I've decided to commit to this and see where I can be 5 years from now.

I seem to have to go through TTS, which costs.

Think of it this way...real estate pays the investor through 5 channels: appreciation, cash flow, amortization, depreciation, and inflation profiting.

Even though i just recently got my feet went and went through the ropes of my first purchase I'm very eager to network and learn from experienced investors in my city/community.

We replace 3 driveways every year, we started with the worst and working our way through.

It's a B- class neighborhood.Apparently there is some dog pee odor and some bad scratches in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and water damaged next to the kitchen (which is tile).The bamboo flooring flows through all the rest of the house except the bathrooms and kitchens.Would would you suggest?
