He wasn't flashing anyone and it was well past the time when children would have been around but it was just his luck that the wrong person saw it and pushed for that judgement.

I am moving in May for the summer to be with my spouse who is military at Tyndall and then moving back to Kentucky in fall for our childrens schooling. 

I literally just now found out the deed was transferred to children a few weeks ago.

Ask them about their grand children and their pets and their job.

I want to leave something for my children so they will have it a little easier in life.

The greatest return has been in my children.

Recently widowed (2013), I relocated from New York to Philadelphia to be closer to my children, and to start again. 

I also want to generate enough income from my properties so my children can be financially independent and choose whatever career path they want regardless of monetary factors.

Hi everyone, I received a note in the mail from an unknown neighbor at one of my rental properties (SFH) that read : "your rental property has very heavy drug activity going on at all hours of the night and day and loud music. the police will be notified along with child protection agency in regards to their 3 children. please address the problem asap"I went by the place 3 times at night since I got the letter and didn't hear any music and I didn't see one person stop in. 

If they’ve got decent income, good job history, as well as good credit, they may be better candidates than families with children.
