A 4 plex is a purpose built rental property and therefore appreciation is driven by rental income.

If your tenant is protesting the fridge there are two potential causes: they are picky or you have failed to meet reasonable expectations given the character of the unit and the standard of the full set of appliances in place.

I remember a project in Bryan that required hundreds of pilings driven down to the solid ground, so this is a factor that alters a 'normal price'. 

The way I feel it (not data driven), there was not much draw for  outsiders to move to the OKC area and hence not much to leave from  either.

Columbus has positioned itself to be a hub of manufacturing and logistics in the country and companies have strategically positioned themselves accordingly and have driven the population growth we have seen and are expected to see in the coming decades.
