The property is listed w/a residential agent so she doesn't have the experience of a commercial broker.

An agent should be able to recommend a good local lender/mtg broker.  

It doesn't matter if you're dealing with a  bank, a correspondent "A" paper lender or a broker. 

As a mortgage broker it’s way more profitable for me to use referrals than cold leads and it seems the same holds true for my partners.

I used to work in Allston as a rental agent, no fee to the landlord to have your property in a brokers database.

I'd like to find a broker to work for that welcomes investor agents.
