Just spent lots of time reading the various magazines (Architectural Digest is a great one - it has almost nothing to do with architecture and is all design and interior decorating), ordering books from Amazon, spending hours walking the isles at the tile/flooring shops, checking out other websites like pintrest, houzz, wayfair, etc.

If those of you with homes for sale would send me an address and a price in a message here I would try and shop them around with my own people and see if I could place them.

I'm currently shopping around, but finding it difficult to have good price comparisons.

So, there are no electronics retailers here now other than Walmart and Amazon/Internet Retailers.I am dying to walk into a small shop where someone can demonstrate to me the best new tvs, stereo equipment and video games to buy.

If you an get near the downtown its attractive because there are some shops and stuff which people can walk to.

Then shop for lower fees  many funds are over deliver % in 2017
