Aside from any glaring errors (like data fields that are blank that shouldn't be, or more commonly, depreciation that seems wildly high because the client didn't know that you don't depreciate land), I won't be able to spot missteps without seeing all of the data that went into the return.I hope this helps!

I as invited in told the process sign contract of non-disclosure and not refundable contract.Sent properties fund one of interest, but before I go be sure per rep to get yout GC and get cashiers check and make it payable to blank blank LLC in case you want to pull the trigger on the prop at that point its yours so make sure to run the numbers.

I think you'll find, if you DID NOT fill out Seller Property Disclosure form or a give the buyer a DISCLOSURE FORM 17 (Seller Disclosure to buyer) it may fall under a law suit if things do appear.It's been PROVEN on many occasions in Washington State Law that an item, a work defect or a material defect would be "AS IS" but, the whole property that is supposed to be LIVABLE and not CONTAMINATED is not an "AS IS" definition.

If they have one address, you probably need an attorney to write you a good lease with descriptions of the properties, utilities, parking, etc.Most of the fill in the blank leases will have only one place for legal descriptions and probably don't have all the space/blanks etc to get all the separation you want.
