The condo 3 bed 2 bath, 1150 sq ft is located in central Phoenix, AZ in a nice gated community.

Both units are identical floor plans and I was able to add a third bedroom (making each unit a 3 bed 2 bath) and tear out the kitchen pantries creating twice as much counter space as before with a much more open floorplan.

I think most lines of credit won't have an amortization schedule, because they are meant for frequent smaller purchases, I have no clue about the rate though.

You are responsible for maintaing the clearance around your utility lines. 

Now, I will disclaim, I have yet to close my first deal, but we're actively in the market...I'm lining up lenders, etc.
