Are there applicants but none that will pass their screening?  

Hello all, My question is: When using a website like Cozy.Co for screening and tenant applications, would it be appropriate to have all perspective applicants pay the application fee for backround/credit check, despite knowing if they qualify or not?

You know how it goes, the entire world is happy to take your application, but I want to close, not play games.Any help is greatly appreciated.Tony

It offers rental applications and they will conduct the tenant screening / credit check.

Bottom line is this, am I legally obligated to process this guys application?
