@Kayman KhaloughiFrom a fee standpoint your model is in the norms within this area.I would suggest you have all your documentation i.e. leases, management agreements, rental applications, etc if not prepared by at least reviewed by an attorney.

David's a tad off, you can't use a financing contingency as a "right" to avoid a contract as the buyer or loan applicant must proceed in good faith to obtain timely financing.

At the hearing he will be instructed to pay, he will agree to pay, your application will be denied and you will lose the $170 filing fee.
