Please feel free to relocate this thread into another forum Mods...I wasn't sure where to put.Is there such an animal as a receipt tracker that's electronic that I can buy, input the receipt, scan, etc and have it automaticallly log for my taxes?

We bought our house this past December and did a decent size renovations (removing walls, coat closets, all new paint, hardwood floor throughout the house, painting trim).

And that leads to Service Animals vs.

It's a whole new animal, as far as real estate goes, but it can also be very lucrative and fulfilling.  

As a very active investor, all it takes one top to convert to make it worth the price of admission and we got our money back as a result with interest.Fortune builder is a totally different animal from most courses.

If you're planning on doing it yourself, it's a lot of work, but you should be able to find someone for about $1.00-$1.25/sf and not worry about a thing.Plus, once you sand and refinish, you could probably get away with a buff & coat the next time they need redone and you can get that done very cheap.

That being said I won't sugar coat it, its not he best area but its certainly not the worst, there's plenty of data to support the investment and growth of the area, and why its been such a popular place for investors recently.Besides Darby, there are plenty of other areas for multis all over Delco.

Individual RE is a different animal.
