My main goal is to network through bigger pockets or other resources on the web to find these types of investors. 

Get a website, get some pictures, build your social media, get a web presence.

If you just need to maximize your income, maybe it's an associates degree in programming or web design that allows you to enter the workforce sooner and begin building your war chest. 

Figured I'd share what I found through a cursory search on the web.

Multiple times now I've heard of a MLS search web app or website called Pellago (or something along those lines).

You could likely find this on a the city or county web site or go to the court house and speak with the appropriate clerk.

I have tried contacting  but the answer I get is that they are just raising  funds at the  moment  to set up web site naturally I'm not entering  blind.
