What areas are good to start off in California or surrounding?

@Francisco Gonzalez, @Thomas Wheeler, @John Daniel - I've found one of the best ways to get out of paralysis analysis is to surround yourselves by action takers and that paralysis analysis turns into FOMO.

For upstairs bath, I did new bathroom tile surround, new marble herringbone floor, new toilet/vanity, and added a small half bath on the first floor making it a 3/1.5.

I am asking if there is any events that are open within the surrounding area that you might know is beneficial for a new comer like me.

What areas are good to start off in California or surrounding?

Every property surrounded by a yard here has them.

Look up the land values surrounding that parcel of land.. what would they sell for? 

Single family houses sell for 500-1.5mil in the surrounding area. 

I Wouldn’t advise investing turn key here if 100k is your top line.The other area to invest in is North West Arkansas (Fayetteville, Rodgers, and surrounding areas).
