On the other hand, having a first position lien on what sounds like a historically performing mortgage vs. second position doesn't seem like it is super beneficial--you have been getting the benefit of the bargain you struck back then.

Hi BP community,I have 2 lots in a hot neighborhood that I'm getting for 1k.The thing is (and there's always a thing when you're getting something for super cheap is, these 2 lots are directly across a street from a very unattractive substation or electrical station.I feel pretty confident that I'll be able to rent bc of the neighborhoods location and the surrounding the blocks have beautiful houses.My Questions Are:1- I'm trying to get comps so I can build on this land but how do you take into account this ugly structure, nothing on this block has sold recently.
