Try and hone your 'red flag' skills while showing the property.

It's great that you're parlaying your skills to achieve more.  

Recently I installed laminate looking like wood and it looks clean and beautiful :))) installers should be skilled.

In an effort to improve my real estate investing skills and better serve my buyers I have a couple of questions:1.

Once you get two or three large projects going you may want to consider hiring a runner (man with a van) to keep your skilled help out of Home Depot and focused on production. 

I usually just tender separate cashier's checks with specific payment instructions because loan servicers hire payment processors with limited skills, low pay and few powers of discretion. 

I'm finally ready to combine these two sets of skills and start investing in real estate in my spare time.

I am familiar with Baltimore city, rules and regulations and trying to expand my skills to a property management business.

We have really high standards due to learning from very skilled craftsman and am very picky but I am realizing that maybe I need to overlook cosmetic things that others might not notice (i.e. correct trim cuts perfect paint lines, ect.).
