@Luke Davis While I can’t speak for your target markets as I live in northern new Hampshire I might suggest looking for more rural areas.

Mailings certainly need to be part of a targeted and thought-through campaign that plays out over time to keep you front-of-mind with the home owners in your target areas, as well as referrals through relocation companies and other channels.

I built a much nicer website than what they had and used a booking engine called ResNexus (which is awesome, BTW) that allows you to set dynamic pricing.
