I haven't found a flash funder that will allow closing at two different title companies.I belive this statement by Justin is a bit outdated as he NOW does now of a funder who will provide this service.I just can't mention who due to forum rules!

A lot of people think a HML is going to be “easy†– while they can be easier then a national bank then can also be tougher in many ways cuz they get investing and they can look at your numbers and know the odds of success more then a national bank rep.
