We may have an opportunity to turn a 16 unit motel into an apartment complex in CT. all rooms would be studios minus one 2 bedroom apartment that is existing. i have been in talks with the town's building department and just need to speak with zoning now. all sounds pretty promising as far as any hoops we need to jump through. does anyone have any experience with this?
