I am moving to the metro Atlanta area in June and I am looking for a mentor in the real estate and investing field.

Purchase price: $200,000 Cash invested: $50,000 Small Single family Short term rental in metro Atlanta suburb of Kennesaw’s historic downtown district.

There are some areas around the metro that allow it and if you know your schedule ahead of time, you could probably time it to where you could allow mid-term rentals (corporate rental and/or traveling nurse).

Courts are VERY tenant friendly and where it used to take 45-60 days to evict in Metro Detroit it now takes 90-120+ days.

Give up metros entirely and find a SFH that I can get cheaper.

I live in lower Fairfield County CT/NYC metro. 

The possibility of owning a property with a low cost entry especially in a market like Denver Metro Area.

This just doesn't really exist here or in most major U.S. metros right now unless you're going direct to seller or at the top of several wholesalers' lists.
