When they have a clean working fridge within the hour and none of their food is lost they are never asking me why I am so cheap to put in a used fridge.I also cut my own grass, for one because it saves a little money but it also gives me a great opportunity to gauge what is going on with each tenant and property on a weekly basis.

How about an REO with a property preservation team that left a fridge full of food and a standing freezer full of food in the house for more than 18 months?

My opinion only....food for thought.I know nothing of your current job, but I would recommend keeping steady employment until you have a solid #2 going.  

Job insecure, food, medicine, transportation insecure ~ and the first thing they need to give up is rent in times of crisis.  

For now, it's better for me to live downtown where all the action is (investors, capital, startups, food, entertainment, walkability). 

Just some food for thought and something for everyone to look into.  

Someone could end up in the property for years with no payments and not be evicted.As long as she isn't on the lame from a mexican cartel leader, (if she is, double your insurance coverage) and see what her story is.I always get at least 10% down on the lease options I do and I have people lining up at the door.

Right now neither of my brothers are taking a salary/pay as they stay in one of the rooms of the BnB, have food, and entertainment.

Plus the food is delicious.
