@Anna Dube - if you plan to hire a PM company use a vertical platform like Buildium, Appfolio, Rentec Direct etc.  

We are in the same neighborhood and there are quite a few BP members that meets regularly Des Moines, Seattle, Lakewood and Bellevue, WA.

I’ll definitely look forward to getting out to the REIA meetings.

Walking in the front door of the office to meet the staff, gauge the atmosphere, and view the office itself is the best way to size up how well a company will take care of you.If the staff and office are in disarray, you and your property won't be far behind.
