I think Mass Housing offers one.As you might already know, the laws here are pretty crazy.

I am transitioning out of active duty service and will hopefully be starting grad school next year. 

I ultimately want to transition from an agent to a real estate investor but I feel like obtaining my license will help me gain the experience and education to make that shift.
