I am thinking 150k-300k ARV, those would be lower range to mid range around me, maybe a bit lower if it was a town home or condo, depends on what a lender would do for me also.Thanks for the response.

I suspect those players are going to keep the best notes for their fund as is their fiduciary responsibility to the fund and their clients.. and then off load the ones they deem inferior for what ever reason to those like you

That might be your clue to who is responsible and will give you an address.

As a list broker I know that people  will definitely call to complain if they have the feeling that you are in with Big Brother (maybe you're too young to get that reference)You might talk about this the same way you would with almost any audience: home ownership can be a big responsibility with the expense and maintenance....

The problem is that liens could be filed out of the blue that aren’t currently recorded and you would be responsible.
