They will dispatch a service to fix the problem and then one of three things happens: it was either a free courtesty service, or: they will charge your account (and deduct it for next months rent, not from the sec dep, so if they don't pay, the rent is short, which will trigger a late notice that can lead to eviction), or: they will give you a written notice and enforce the rules and regulations you have signed.

For example, if child services or the police had to do a welfare check on the individuals at that property and are getting stung, then the problem starts affecting more people and it gets resolved quicker.Keep us posted with what happens!

If you go out of state, there is no reason to constrain on Dallas until you have done your research.I would expect that some who use neighbourhoodscout do it because it saves them time and money, not because the service is altruistic.

If so I would redo them and negotiate at least to deduct price of what those services costs as well as what new things came up that did not come up on the first inspection.
