I am assuming this is the same person.I am trying to sell the property as soon as possible, however securing the property seems like a MUST (regardless of whether I finish the renovation or sell as-is).

@Cathy LiRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

It might also be worth exploring other options or working with someone who can provide more transparency upfront.

This is where you buy, live in, rent it out, repeat.

For example, could this potentially be a cash boom opportunity within the adjacent areas such as Kenosha and Mount Pleasant where one could buy low, sell high within a relatively short amount of time through appreciation, or would the presence of Microsoft increase cash flow in those areas?

Is this a feasible idea?
