Ok so it's a battle of acronyms that's causing my confusion.

I’m not saying prices are going to crash but there is going to be some pressure.With the stock market falling and people losing their jobs, this can cause people to tighten up their purse strings.

Meaning that they don't have multiple late payments, cause damages to the house, cause unnecessary wear and tear, exceed the occupancy limit, breach the lease in other ways, etc. .

It sounds like the RE industry got shut out on a technicality that could probably be removed or clarified if we caused a big enough uproar with our senators and representatives. 

And that will cause the brick to become the sacrificial material instead of the mortar.

I hope I can save at least 1 person from the devastation they caused me.

Growing too fast can cause lots of problems and it adds risk.

Not because you send one person 7 mailers for some ridiculous reason  the 7th card transforms something in their brain that causes them to sell.Logically, IF you really for some reason you do decide to do DMM, sending a person a mailer just ONCE... will have a MUCH higher success rate than sending someone a mailer several times.

I would investigate to see if the renters are using excess water, most commonly caused by a running toilet. 

Cause it's not possible for me to have a regular inspection of possible dealsI'm still at the Market Analysis process in order to select a market to start the very first step.
