While this is speculation, vegas odds seem quite good, and even if they don't come this area has been quite stable.On my budget, I most likely could afford at most something like a 2 bedroom condo.

I did it in the Bay Area 3 times and in Oregon 2 times and just about ready to do it for a 4th time on my potential move to Vegas.. 500k tax free equity spends quite nicely.

So are you suggesting that single family homes are better investment in Vegas?
