I'm currently reading a book titled The eBay Billionaires Club.

So I've read all of these books all written in very different economic conditions.

What should I be more careful of or change to adapt to this market vs. what I've read in books written from a while back?

Option agreements can be assigned to an end buyer as long as you include "and / or assigns" next to your name.Just purchased my first Option from an owner last week for $10 & now I'm marketing it like crazy to find a buyer to assign it to before it expires.Thomas Lucier has an excellent book called How To Make Money With Real Estate Options - if you purchase his book he gives you access to the forms he uses.

This book also talks about receiving seller financing from motivated sellers as a way to get into a property with little or no money down and other ideas of the sort.

Since then I've been reading many RE books (so many books) trying to get a handle on what's involved.

Time to retail some houses.Does anybody have good books/online resources that cover retailing start-to-finish?

I would go to the library and read every book you can about real estate and investing.

When I first started, we kept books on our flip costs but not my time.

I would definately suggest this book to anyone looking to expand their knowledge of real estate finance.
